Eight-year-old Victoria Climbie died after she was tortured and abused by her guardians.
Marie Therese Kouao and Carl Manning have been sentenced to life imprisonment for her murder.
An inquiry has been launched into how care services failed to save her.
Victoria Climbie died of hypothermia in February last year.
Victoria had 128 injuries on her body when she died.
